2. Data collected
The only point of personal data collection on this site is the contact form, which gathers:
- Full name
- Company (optional)
- Email address
- Subject and message content
3. Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to respond to the request made via the contact form. It is not used for any commercial prospecting without prior consent, nor transferred to any third party.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of SSIEE - Services in responding to contact requests addressed to it (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
5. Data recipients
Contact form data is sent by email to rebai@ssiee.fr and is only accessible to the manager of SSIEE - Services. No third party has access to it, except for the site's technical host (OVH SAS), which routes the message.
6. Retention period
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to process the request, then for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
7. Cookies
This site does not currently use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. If any were added later (e.g. audience statistics), this policy would be updated and a compliant consent banner added.
8. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to rebai@ssiee.fr.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — www.cnil.fr.
9. Security
SSIEE - Services implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data submitted via this site against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
