Background
Professional experience since 2010. Leadership, in a multi-team environment, within the SAFe agile framework and with the operating model adapted to the size and activity of each team, of cybersecurity compliance for an OEM vehicle program: coordination of supplier RFQ teams, creation of the TARA process, support to the system architects team, KMS and regulatory traceability leadership, up to the vehicle homologation cyber file.
Positioning
The role is not that of an isolated technical executor (pentesting, development), but that of the link that structures and leads compliance — bringing in technical experts whenever the topic requires it.
